Sebo X4 Vs. Electrolux Powerlite Z2255FZ

My 2008 Sebo Automatic X4 Extra Vs. My Mum's 2009 Electrolux Powerlite Z2255FZ . The Powerlite is a nice little vacuum. Lightweight and easy to use with reasonable pick-up. It uses a synthetic dustbag, HEPA filter (like a Miele) and has a long yet naff hose. The Sebo X4 is a beast of a machine. Heavy in comparison with the Lux but the suction power is immense and it's a much more well-made vacuum. It uses huge paper bags and has hospital standard S-class filtration. The Powerlite retails at £59.99 and the X4 retails at £199-£250 depending on the retailer. I would recomend the Powerlite if you just want a nice little bog standard machine that doesn't break the bank. For reliability and performance, I'd recomend the Sebo. I used shredded paper, crunchy nut (cos lets face it, we're all a little crunchy nut nutty) and coffee to test. Sorry about standing in the way of the camera. It was the only way I could get the coffee on the carpet. The battery died on my camera before I could finish the suction demo's.
